Trilhas tarantinescas

Eu tenho uma teoria sobre os filmes de Quentin Tarantino: ele primeiro pensa nas trilhas e depois faz o roteiro. É simplesmente impossível não associar imagem e música. A cada filme – Reservoir Dogs, From Dusk Till Down, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown e Death Proof – uma nova leva garimpada de sons bacanas e esquecidos que voltam para o mercado. Da mesma forma como ele faz com os atores.

Sem Tarantino, Bruce Wills e John Travolta, por exemplo, teriam parado no tempo. Assim como, poucos lembrariam de “Little Green Bag”, “You Never Can Tell”, “Girl, Youll Be Woman Soon” (que Neil Diamond escreveu lá pros 1967), “Across 110th Street”, “Bang Bang”, dentre outras.
